THEODORE BROWN Property Management has let and managed residential and commercial property portfolios internationally since 1998. In 2008 we started operating in East London and have since expanded into South East London and Kent - opening our Kings Hill office at the beginning of 2013. We distinguish ourselves from our competitors by treating both landlords and tenants as our clients and by maintaining a "Service First, Profit Second" approach to the process of letting and managing properties

Our approach to business is guided by Four Principles.

SIMPLICITY There is nothing complex about letting and managing properties and we endeavour to do everything in an uncomplicated and straightforward way.
TRANSPARENCY We disclose all our fees and charges at the earliest appropriate opportunity and endeavour to communicate with integrity. There is no small print in our terms of business or letting agreements containing unexpected fees and charges.
RELATEDNESS Relationship management is the key to successful property management. We build strong personal relationships with both the owner of the property and the people who live in it, ensuring that everyone always feels they are being listened to and understood.
FAIRNESS We do not charge additional fees for tasks that are little more than the routine business of letting or managing a property - charges that, all too often, bear little or no relation to the cost of the work involved.
We manage residential properties throughout Greater London and in Kent. The majority of our London tenants live in the seven boroughs of Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Royal Greenwich, Lewisham, Bromley and Bexley. In Kent our tenants are mostly living in the seven districts, boroughs and local unitary authority areas of Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Malling, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Dartford, Gravesham and Medway. Our landlords have historically resided in the UK and the EU - but as our reputation spreads, we are increasingly being asked to manage the UK property portfolios of landlords who live all over the world. As a consequence the number of properties we manage in West London are increasing as well, notably in the Royal Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham and Ealing boroughs.
